Alan is a Chartered Engineer, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and alumni of Imperial College.  He graduated with a Masters in Engineering in 2007 and joined Scott Wilson as a Graduate Engineer. At Scott Wilson he specialised in infrastructure design notably working on the Urban Realm for Crossrail Paddington. In 2012 Alan joined Croudace Homes undertaking the technical design and management of residential developments. At Croudace he enjoyed the challenges of finding practical SUDS solutions for developments and finding value engineering solutions without reducing quality. In 2018 he joined Mears New Homes managing the technical side of projects. He became increasingly concerned over the  design quality and value engineering of developments and found Levee Consulting knowing he could do better! Having been a Consultant, Client and Contractor Alan is very familiar with the importance of communication, being proactive and is willing to help.
